At this Los
Angeles Auto Show, Mitsubishi shows LANCER EVOLUTION FINAL EDITION, this car
will as the final farewell works of LANCER EVOLUTION model, and limited sales
1600 units in North America. According to previous reports, the current
Mitsubishi has terminated the development work of LANCER EVOLUTION.
The new car based
on LANCER EVOLUTION X to build, and replaced the new style 18-inch wheels and
high performance tires, while the car's suspension system also use the new
tuning, brake system use Brembo brake calipers. As the final version model, the
future all new car will marked with LANCER EVOLUTION FINAL EDITION identity in
the lower left corner of the trunk lid.
Interior, the new
car will use a set of leather seats, many places of the car inside use
passionate red stitching design, and use the exclusive floor mats. In addition,
the car inside also will marked with LANCER EVOLUTION FINAL EDITION identity.
In power system,
LANCER EVOLUTION FINAL EDITION will still equipped with 2.0L inline
four-cylinder turbocharged engine, but Mitsubishi will be the new adjustment
for this engine. It is reported that, the engine after adjustment will be more
excellent in power output characteristics of high-speed region, the new car
intake and exhaust system also has been enhanced. In transmission part, the car
will equipped with five-speed manual transmission and S-AWC four-wheel drive
system.
In test, the new Mitsubishi
ASX Jin Hyun will still use Mitsubishi MUT3 LITE to diagnosis all the system. But the Lite version
does NOT include programming function. If you need programming, please use Mitsubishi MUT3 LITE Full
Version to do diagnosis
and programming.
